Good review turned bad.

My partner recently bought the new iPhone 13 from vodacom. I have to say, their online service is very good. She was approved within minutes, even though there's a chip shortage. She was given the delivery date. It was unfortunate that they use Ram to courier their products, Ram was very unprofessional, and they made a good experience turn sour. When we called them to follow up on the delivery, we'll get different explanations. We eventually received the phone in good condition.

@Vodacom The mobile device did not come with a sim card, but the product we chose comes with 500 minutes. We haven't received any communication as to how those minutes will be transferred.
