Good retention customer service
I had been services by Macey and Zelle a couple of days ago. Despite the call center's programming and taking 10 minutes before speaking to an operator, I must commend these two on how they handle customers. I was pleasantly surprised by their friendliness and ability to "retain" a customer. I might not be a high-roller, but so much the more. Well done guys.
