GOOD PROMISED - AND NOT DELIVERED

I did an upgrade on one of my accounts at Vodacom. I upgraded to a LG G6 and was promised a LG K4 with R110 airtime per month. For weeks I waited and received the run around. Then I was told they don't have the deal any more. I insisted that I receive the deal, which I didn't. I was then promised an LG TV or the cash back. I STILL CANNOT GET A COPY OF MY CONTRACT FROM VODACOM IN ORDER TO GO THROUGH THE REDEMPTION PROCESS. THUS I CANNOT GET EITHER THE TV OF THE CASH, AS I WAS PROMISED! In fact, I have contact Vodacom time and again to try and get what I was promised!!!
