Good manners can retain your clients
I have made a payment for my phone after Vodacom could not debit my account. This was on Saturday the 27th and I received an sms that I do not need to send proof of payment and they will unlock my phone the same day. To date my phone is still locked and Lerato from the callcentre said she has unlocked but still I am unable to make calls. I am so unhappy with Vodacom. This treatment is unacceptable especially when I have been their client for so many years!
