GOOD JOB to Nkululeko Zuke! Out of 20 Vodacom consultants that I spoke to since yesterday, Nkululeko was the only one who had empathy for his customer, he treated me with respect, he listened to me, he reassured me while putting me on hold that he is still on the line. He saw that there was no email address against my Vodacom account and that is why my cancellation of a router couldn't go through. So out of 20 consultants he was the only one who saw the problem. Nkululeko was patient, spoke calmly and he sounded in control, like he knows exactly what he was doing. He also proved himself by fixing the problem and assisting me. He made a very angry customer very happy. Nkululeko is an asset to Vodacom. He is proud of his job and he obviously has a passion for assisting customers and treating them with respect! Once again Nkululeko, GOOD JOB, YOU'RE A STAR! I hope you get a promotion because you deserve one!
