I recently had a query regarding my contract with Vodacom whereby I was over billed withomy knowledge and I was assisted by one professional, cool and extremely kind lady by the name of Zintle Joni who assisted me all the way till my query was resolved, she was constantly calling me and keeping me updated about the process and for that reason I had a peace of mind.
