Good day may u pleas...
Good day may u please help me I have a serious problem with Vodacom they phoned me to offer an upgrade on my previous contract with them in Mach 2024 then have delivered a laptop to me but it was not working I phoned them to collect upon collection the rooter was left behind by mistake now they kept on promising to collect but never did so .. Now my problem is they are debiting my account on something or servicing that I don't have, I have been following it up since the 9th April 2024 till now I don't get help My last communication was on the 13th spoken to Edward then I spoke to her supervisor they promised me to respond after seven days but still no response I did tried to call.. please help.

My problem is still not solved instead they have sent me a message to say they have closed my Query without consulting me.. I have tried to call the number provided on their reply but it says my number is blocked due high number of calls from me to Vodacom..

Hi I have tried to contact Vodacom customer care with no avail
