Good day

Good day. I am a loyal Vodacom customer since 2006. I have been a proud customer until now. I have been locked out of my yahoo email account and the verification number is my Vodacom number that was deleted after I moved to Australia. I left SA in November 2024 and I was back in the country at the end of February 2025 and my number had already been deleted. I tried to restore it that time Vodacom refused. Now the email that contains all my life information is locked and Vodacom is refusing to help. I bought loads and loads of data and airtime over the years but now I just need a little help but my dearest network is not willing to help. After a while they will recycle the number and give it to someone who does not even need that particular number. Why not give it to me? I'm even willing to pay but they have refused. I'm gutted. If it was any other service provider I would understand, my Vodacom?

At the end of the day I did not get any help from Vodacom. I was sent from post to pillar. They could not resolve a simple task.
