Good customer service vodacom online
I did a phone chat with vodacom online customer care because my phone kept on saying sign in for network So i didnt understand what was wrong with my network. I was assisted by the lady named Simphiwe, she chat with me and even went an extra mile to ensure that my network works by calling me and also re assuring me telephonically. I really appreciate her professionalism and going an extra mile instead of thinking im crazy. Simphiwe continue with your great work thank you
