Good customer service but Vodacom is just ****
I called Vodacom customer care wanting to know what’s going on with my bill as I was debited today I spoke to Thulani Jezile this guy needs to get an incentive or a raise honest this gentleman has a lot of patience, he knows what his doing he went the extra mile for me and that’s what we call customer service I don’t want to even talk about the pathetic service I got from sales cause when I took up my contract they were perfect. Thank you so much Thulani u deserve it all ☺️
