Good customer service

Vodacom call center agent helped me in an amazing way that i was not expecting,few weekes back i lost my phone and needed to a sim swop and the agen that assisted me was very goot and have very good respect for people.

He new at that time that surely i was in a very stressful situation as i just lost my phone and he was very sympathetic and straight to the point.

Thanks to him for helping me and my number was acting as he promised after two hours
