Good Customer Service

I called Vodacom on behalf of my mom who recently bought a handset from a call centre.<br> my mom returned the phone cause it did not suit her needs, 6 months later she receives a call from lawyers saying her account has been handed over. i called and spoke to a few agents, Itumeleng handled my query in a decent manner and contacted my mom first for permission to continue with me. she confirmed the contract has been cancelled and will be updated by the following wednesday (29/04/2015). so far i am pleased with the call centre and the agent (first time ever), i hope they continue with great customer service and ensure my moms acc is cancelled and updated.
