good customer service

I would like to thank the vodacom consultant who took his time to call me and solve my complaint not only did he load my 1 gig data bundle he went an extra mile and gave me another 1 gig for the delay. Now that's what I call customer service. Unfortunately I forgot his name but I would like to thank tha k , I am u m for the wonderful service ???
