Good customer service

Thanks, Mandisa, for the speedy solution to my connection issues on my new numbers. On 22 Dec. 22 my new phone suddenly stopped working, for no reason, I suddenly couldn’t make any phone calls or send messages. So, I eventually, reluctantly decided to call their helpline, Vodacom 135. My call was picked up by Mandisa who was very cordial and sounded very mature, relaxed and professional in her mannerisms. I was pleased not to be dealing with another one of those tactless and stress-inducing ones for a change! Thanks, Mandisa, for the nice experience.
