good company bad signal

I have been with Vodacom since I started working that is about 20 years now. I have wanted to change to another supplier, but just cant seems to get myself to do it. Vodacom has always provided me with the best service a client can ask for. Even when I complained about the signal, they came and put up a booster at my house. As I am a very small company, the moment the signal is gone my business stands and I loose a lot of income. seems like the booster is not working correctly because I still get a lot of interruptions and the signal disappearing or minimal signal and nothing comes in or goes out!! I am so frustrated as I love Vodacom and don't want to change to someone else to have better internet access. But it has now come to a stage, although Vodacom always tries to assist where possible, I will have to go to someone else in order for my business to survive. Sorry Vodacom and thank you for your stunning service, we only need better signal. I will even allow a mast in my yard if it is possible at no charge!!
