Good attitude
Spoke to Pontsho in the early hours of the morning (00:30), she was so helpful and willing to help. I normally call during odd hours to avoid long holding times and able to sense a bad attitude, but not with PONTSHO... She was lively and friendly, keep up the good work Pontsho.
