Pathetic service from Vodacom. Someone did a Sim swap on my Sim card. Have been trying to call the customer service number 082 135. Been unswered by a machine (Tobi) I think. Very useless system. Does not understand my problem. Where are consultants at Vodacom. Someone could be accessing my personal information as I speak and vodacom refer me to their useless Tobi. Damn useless vodacom.
