Gone in 60 seconds!

on the 25th August 2015 at 20:54 i bought R275 airtime plus the airtime i had on the phone,my balance was 299. i bought a 250MB data bundle and a 500 MB WiFi bundle. i then browsed on the Internet from, i did not download anything on the internet, i was checking for some car accessories and around 21:12 the data and the airtime where all gone. i truly don't understand how could that possibly happen, how much was i being charged to use 250MB and the remaining airtime in 20 minutes. i was having problems loading those pages then the next thing, CAN NOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET.
