MRS MM HENNING HAD A PAY AS YOU GO VODACOM \ACCOUNT"AND VODACOM CHANGED IT TO A TOP-UP WITH OUT ANY APPROVAL / CONCENT. MRS MMM HENNING WAS AND IS NOT WORKING AND HAS NO FORM OF INCOME AND WHEN THE PAYMENTS OF THE TOP-UP HAD TO GO THROUGH"
