Going through the motions

I bought my Apple I phone 6s from vodacom around Oct 16 and about July this year the battery life became intolerable. My battery would go dead by midday with very little use and after resetting to factory settings and ruling out all possible software issues Without resolution I took the phone in to Vodacom Gateway repairs. The guy who took it in sounded semi interested like he was going through the motions. Offered me a blackberry loan phone without charger when I asked for a loan phone. Luckily I managed to make a plan. Got the phone back after A week, no report back as to what was wrong or what was fixed but it seemed from the doc they returned the phone with us they changed the lightning connector and did a software upgrade which sounded preposterous and when I put it on the phone had exactly the same problem . Now I must go through the same inconvenience of taking it in and probably going through the motions again to probably have the same Result. Quite disappointed that their support for imphone doesn't match even I fix who are unauthorized repairers but do it with some interest instead of just going through the motions.
