Going the extra Mile

On 7 Feb, I called the call center to do a fibre relocation. I was blessed to speak to K****tso. She was pleasant and explained the process nicely to me. To top it all off, she asked me to email her my new address because I did not have it at the time. Her email is Nikiwe Chauke. I sent her the new addressyesterday the 12th. She asked to call me back and go through the details with me. This lady warm transferred me to both the Cancelation and Sales departments. Though the process is not finalized, she really made the journey seamless and smooth. I don't have any good reviews about Vodacom especially the fibre division, but she really made me believe that Vodacom has great people. Well done to her and her team leader. She is a rare gem. She can teach her colleagues a thing or 2 about great customer service. Thank you Kgomotso and keep at it! You have a bright future ahead of you.
