I would like to say thank you to Shafiek Wyngaard for restoring my faith in vodacom s fading customer service. Shafiek went above and beyond to help me with my problem shafiiek is one of the most customer centric agents i dealt with to get my problem solved and did he do it well. I would also like to thank Candice Green for her efforts and many calls to keep me updated. I would like to tell Shameel Joosub (CEO) that Monwabisi Ngqonga Executive Client Liaison Officer is the most unhelpful person you have working in your office i would expected the kind of service i got from shafiiek at a CEO level but was shocked this person has no customer service skills to listen or look into the problem.
