We struggled for six weeks to get my husband's cellphone contract changed to prepaid so we could move from one network(no names) to vodacom. I thought it was going to be a difficult procedure. Bonita was really very helpful and professional. She was very patient and explained everything in detail. I was really impressed. There is a very good reason why we moved to vodacom!
