Going the extra mile

I called into vodacom as my ****el wasn't working. I was transferred 3 times and taken through the same security check by agents who were very happy to just get rid of me. I was extremely frustrated until i spoke to Rouvaun! Even though he wasn't the right person to speak to, once again, he went out of his way to get me through to the correct department. He advised his team leader (Bulelwa) and they managed to get the correct person to call me back.! I then spoke to Pakiso, who, very patiently assisted me and got my ****el up and running. Well done guys. Excellent service! Its the little things that make a huge difference, especially now that we have so many options to be bought out of our contracts . Im staying right here because i know that there are a few people who still care. Really appreciate the great service from the service champions Rouvaun, Bulelwa and Pakiso!
