Going that extra mile

Spoke to two ladies from the call center today one in cancelations (couldn't get her name)and the other in customer care (Rethabile)....they resolved issues that I had called for on the 2nd and was told they were sorted..... With one guy dropping my call without even confirming if I was happy with everything. Today I got the best.... After our call Rethabile went through my invoices without me asking, picked up issues and called me back to notify me of the issues and escalated them on my behalf. Glad to see that vodacom still has a few roses amongst the bush of thorns they have in their employ..... Trust me I've had several bad experiences with their call centers... These two were a breath of fresh air.
