going on 6months of drama! and its still broken

I have been into the Vodacom shop one too many times with the end result being extremely frustrated. I have dialled 111 too many times and have had no assistance, understanding or resolution. The last time I called, Robin (supervisor) told me its not necessary. Well if it wasnt necesarry Robin, why the hell would I be calling so many times and get a whole bunch of uselessness! Mind you ~ right now ~ thats an adequate representation of Vodacom!

I have 2 major complaints that need to be aired. One is an account issue.

Last year (2016), I had transferred jobs and with doing so i went from being paid weekly to monthly and therefore missed 1 payment with Vodacom.

I have been into the shop and i have phoned numerous times especially when my line gets cut, to inform them of my current status and that i would be paying back that 1 month over a few months with my normal account. Last month after getting my phone back from repairs (it had been in 4 times since October and its still broken!!!) i sat with a assistant and made sure that this time he use his typing s****s and make a note. He then "promised" my line would not be cut................ And then it got cut and the Robin supervisor told me its not necessary ~ hello lady, i would have not been calling ~ its not necessary!!!!!!

Vodacom 111 & Vodacom Repairs Somerset West!

The second gripe is with repairs of this damn phone. Sadly, my phone comes from the very generation of LG G4's that had the loose connection and ended up with it being or startup/ boot loop. This was in October. It is now January and i have had my phone back for just over a month ~ and its still damn faulty! The last time i went into the shop to get my phone back and insisted on the tech guys updating, reinstalling and making sure my phone would be 100% I got faced with "sorry but our customer wifi is capped so we cant help you further"

Thats just the short of it!

Vodacom, I ask you with tears in my eyes ~ WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?????

I have a contract that i barely get to use as ita cut off most of the time.

I have a handheld device which is faulty ~ been to shop twice and JHB twice since october???????

What am i paying for?

Ooh ooh ~ and I almost forgot to mention the shop manageress that ignores an "excuse me" and then has the audacity to ask how are you today after the flat ignore!!!!

But really ~ this is the short version!
