Going in circles
Vodacom for a leading telecoms company is really astounding to deal with. Azoomee vouchers are apparently sent via a code on sms. The call centre agents dont even know what Azoomee is! Online application done, phone delivered, phone activated.....so where is the Azoomee voucher. Call centre refer to online, online to activations and activations to call centre. Yet still no Azoomee. So can someone please just look up the number and send the sms for Azoomee number and activation. You can track my phone through IMEI, clone my sim, read my stuff but cannot supply the due code? Guys wake up.

08 Jun 2020, 13:32Since the end of April I have tried to resolve the missing Azoomee voucher not supp**** as part of a new package. Vodacom has left me gob smacked. For a leading edge company that should be more than capable to function in an online world, you fail dismally. You cannot consult with a supervisor... still cannot phantom that, staff do not call, and between 3 divisions the left and right have no idea of what they are actually doing. With the exception of one young man on Hellopeter who tried. Vodacom, train your staff. One email, eish 1 to Azoomee with no follow up or anything from my side, and a person called Nika resolved and mailed back in one, eish 1 day. Vodacom, I am still awaiting your call centre from weeks ago. As a company with cutting edge technology, I feel aggrieved and despondent. I cannot believe that after calls, mails, 8 different consultants and facebook, well you still haven't resolved. Nika did...... so maybe from a customer care aspect send staff to her for training.
