God help you when your Vodacom contract phone needs to be repaired

Been with Vodacom since 1995. Spent hundreds of thousands of rands on numerous contracts and devices with Vodacom and I don't know why I am still with them!! Taking out a contract and getting insurance is no problem but God help you when your phone needs to be repaired, especially if it is insured. Write it off! Vodacom dishonest, dismissive, useless. Four job numbers since 9 May 2018 for the same phone for the same problem. Taken the phone back for the same problem 4 times since 9 May and it's still not fixed! Replace the phone if you can't fix it!! Don't tell me there is nothing wrong with the phone when I am proving in front of you that it does not work! Don't tell me you have sent it in for repairs when it has been lying in your drawer since the day I brought it in a week ago!
