Gloria Mphuti an Excellent person !!

GLORIA MPHUTI definitely an asset to vodacom, I have been struggling for 5 and a half weeks with vodacom. Everytime someone calls me it says the subscriber you have dialed is not available. Vodacom blamed my apple iphone and said my device is faulty. I told them I have tested this sim into 8 different iphones and the sim atill doesnt work. They left me struggling for more than a month. Eventually I got hold of Gloria Mphuti and she found the fault vodacom sent android setting to my iphone which messed up my network. She then deleted the android setting from their side and my phone was working again. Sad to say that I have 6 different vodacom consultants help me and none of them knew what to do. Even Tim Yousouf that claimed to be “mr know it all” on vodacom side because he is head of technical even he couldnt solve the problem.
