Glen Ballad Vodacom ********* Service

I gave in my Lenovo Think Pad at Vodacom shop for repairs (on update issues) at Glen Ballad Mall, on the 2nd of May. Device was still under warranty. At the end of May the Vodacom shop gave it to a 3rd party (parts serve in Sandton) to repair. The device got physically damaged during that time. Now the Vodacom shop and manager Nic Carras claims, that they only took it to parts serve as a favour to me. Why would it be taken to parts serve if the device is still under warranty, I have never heard of a company named parts serve. I am suppose to sort the issue out with parts serve according to Nic the manager. Parts Serve refuses to communicate or take responsibility. Claiming its not their problem. I have to pay them to try to fix the software problem or they are going to start charging me storages fees. No amount of communication or reasoning has worked till date. No one is coming to the table and is expecting payment first (for a device that is still under warranty, and was suppose to be send to the Vodacom Repair centre, and in the meantime has been physically damaged as well) What am I to do?
