Glad i am with vodacom, But they don't keep by they tell you.

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I am writing this to let you know that im not going to pay for the service that one of your ladies who assited me said i wont be charged for.</p> <p> </p> <p>All the staff i spoked to where all very help full but my problem is just not been solved.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got a sms saying my matter has been closed but nothing changed on my bill.</p> <p> </p> <p>I where due to upgrade and i did it via Online, the lady phoned me and said she will assist me on the upgrade, she said if i do it online its free of charge but if i went to a vodacom store i will be charged admin fees.</p> <p> </p> <p>But know when i want to pay my will i got charged for admin fees? Aswell as i chosed a plan of R199 and they book stuff for me exstra. likely the other lady helped me regarding that.</p> <p> </p> <p>I Just want to let you know i am not paying that admin fee, because the lady told me i would not be charged. </p> <p>R131.58+VAT @ 14% (R18.42) = R150.00 I am paying R150.00 less on my account Please make sure that you guys make it right by your side because i wont get charged for something you employees said i wouldnt get charged for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Refrence number for the query i booked - 1- ********** ********** the message said my matter has been closed but nothing changed on my bill.</p>
