Given the run around AND FAILED TO HELP ME.

I have an iPhone 6 that I got through a contract with Vodacom for R200 airtime deal almost two years ago. I receive my R200 AIRTIME that I eventually convert into 1GB worth of data. However, on the 1st of April 2017 I received my airtime and converted it into 1GB worth of data for 14days and obviously this left me some airtime remaining. BUT THIS TIME AROUND ALMOST 2-3 hours later both my gig data and airtime just disappeared out of no where. So I tried calling customer care and they were "apparently" experiencing a high volume number of calls, this resulted in not being able to reach them. Fast forward to today the 3rd of April 2017 I then decide to call customer care and finally get through. at this point I'm able to speak to the customer care agent called Ntombi, who tries to help me but fails. I explain my complaint to her and she asks all sorts of security questions which I answer successfully. Problem is she claims that they have a "solutions" department where she eventually puts me through then there I speak to a guy naked Gift who attempts to help which eventually outside through back to another customer care agent. Taking me back to where I started. From then on I must have spoken to about four agents who all ask me the same questions with no solutions to my problem. Basically no one could help nor investigate as to what could have been the problem. From this ecexperience I PROMISE TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND GO TO ANOTHER COMPETITIVE NETWORK. Being a customer from almost two years and my first complaint I couldn't be helped becAuwe of the companys incompetencices.
