Given the run around

<p>I was due for an upgrade and went into the vodacom store to find out if they could structure a deal for me as i currently receive 700 minutes and this is too much. I was told at the lenasia branch that they cant structure deals and only have standard deals.</p> <p> </p> <p>not being happy with the response i contacted the call center and they managed to structure the eal that i wanted. all well and good i upgraded and received my new phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>From the date i upgraded up until now everytime i make a call my number is displayed as private on the receivers end. i made numerous phone calls to the call center and they tried to assist but could not. they then refered me to the walk in center which i went to and still my line is not sorted out.</p> <p> </p> <p>i was told by the gentleman at the walkin center that my upgrade was not registered as yet and once it registers then only will my number display. he could not give me a time frame for this and said that it can happen at any time. when i said that this is ridiculous that no one can assist he said "welcone to vodacom". clearly people are being employed just for a paycheque and have no sense of customer sevice. a week later and still my number does not show when i make calls. people do not answer private numbers and this is the isue i currently face, my calls are not being answered.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am running out of patience now and if this is not sorted out by this friday 23/09/2016 then please cancel my upgrade and contract and i wil go somewhere else</p> <p> </p> <p>regards</p>
