Given another phone

Last year I upgraded to and Sony Xperia T3. About a month ago it started rejecting my sim card. I took it in for repairs at the Lakeside centre. Yesterday when I went to collect my phone another phone was given to me. I was told that the front and back cover was mine only the main board was changed. My phone went in with a scratch on the screen protector only (documented by Vodacom). The phone I received was scratched on the back cover, the screen protector was removed and some sort of plastic was put on - scew, the camera was scratched and the screen was flashing white. It looks like the phone was taken from the dustbin. Is this the type of service you can expect from Vodacom ? Its is disgusting and unacceptable.
