give my data back

today 23/3/2017 i puchase a 50mb for R10 which is valid for 7days... at 7:12 i still got the sms stating that ive bought a 50mb bundle which will expire at midnight 29/3/2017. after i receive my sms i checked my airtime balance and it shows that i still have a R2 airtime left meaning the R10 was deduct for my bundle but then i download a clip on watshapp of 6mb of which it didnt download and then when i checked my balances my data and airtime was up. when i called in to vodacom customer care the consultant told me that i didnt purchase any data and that all my data was charge out of bundle rate even though R2 was left on my cell and the R10 for the bundle after i told her that i evens got the sms from vodacom to prove it while the consultant says i didnt purchase any data bundles. i hope vodacom allocate my data back or ill do them a favour by not making use of this network again of which i port to due to the fact that they are number 1 so ya il wait and see for a response
