Give me the form for us to care

Been a client of Vodacom for yearsand never have I been so dissappointed in the customer service of this company.

Two weeks ago I had a problem with my Samsung Note Edge not being able to make calls or to receive calls or sms. I then went into a branch and afriendly friendly gentleman Kyle asissted me but was unsuccessful with getting my phone to be linked ot the network. Emailed customer care several hours into the day regading the matter and informed them that a they have requested me to go to the phones settings and do the necessary I was still not able to connect to the network. Was informed that the matter will be forwarded to the technical division and within 48 hours will be resolved . I placed my sim into an old phone of mine and it worked. I placed it back inot my Samsung and it wasnt working , I placed another sim in my Samsung and still it wasnt working, To my dismay it was not resolved and no one cared to inform me as to the outcome. I have gone into another branch and was informed to try the settings options again and possibly reboot my phone, which I did. I too informed them that I have not received a response from them regarding the matter. Only to find out, after having to Google Samsung Note Edge trouble shooting, that my phone could have possibly been blacklisted. I then went onto a site, used my IMEI number and to my surprise it was BLACKLISTED. Went back onto my initial complaint informed then that my phone has been blacklisted, gave them a turnaround time to resolve the matter and i need information as to who blacklisted my phone and only to be told i need to provide my ID, and an affividavit and fill in the unblacklist form and from there they can assist, I voiced my anger politely and refused to fill in the form because I did not request for my phone to be blacklisted in the past month. I had an incident 2 months plus ago where I had lost my bag but it was found and I went through an agonising process of them losing my documents after it was sent to the fax number I was informed to forward the documents to.

I was able to use the phone successfully after all this time and now without my consent my phone was blacklisted again. Previously I received an ITC number this time around no number because I did not action for the phone to be blacklisted.

I informed them that I refuse to forward documents to have the phone unblacklisted and all I get is a response " We understand your frustration but please can your forward us the form." Thursday morning someone called me but I was travelling and i dont answermy phone on the road , called the number back but its does not allow for call to this number, the evening received a call again, answered the call but no one spoke. Received an email to state that the have tried calling but no answer...

This for me is unaccpetable and unreasonable when i did not request for the phone to be blacklisted two weeks ago.

I am beyond angry as I feel that if someone loaded this without my permission. If i dont pay on a monthly basis I can be listed. If they change my debit order date randomly too then it too is acceptable for them to do so.

I can complain about so many things that i have encountered with Vodacom but this is not the reason for me to open up another can of worms.

In all honesty I dont see why i need to be loyal to the brand anymore, just unfortunate for me my contract ends in 2017.

All I want is to use my phone as I have been inconvenience enough by the this.
