Give me my money

I had to drag Vodacom to ICASA for them to fix my account. After their reconciliation, they realized that I overpaid, that is, I'm not in arrears as they claimed. My account had a surplus of R500. They promised to refund me in Jan 2018 because I did not renew the contract. Till today I've not received my R500, I'm told I need to speak to collections. The catch is that I must dail using the number that was purported to be in arrears. And because the number was not in arrears I can't go through to their collections dept to query my refund. When I phone customer care center I'm transferred from one person to the other because they can't help me. Vodacom, R500 may not seem like a lot of money but it is to me, I need my money. What happened to customer service? This is ethically wrong, using tricks to withhold my money for no reason. Give me my money, please.

Since 2018 Dec, other than an auto reply message their system sent me, I'm yet to receive a response from Vodacom. That's how companies treat us. I need MY MONEY.
