Give me my Data back!

Good morning Shameel, you probably won't remember me but I worked for Vodacom for 7 years and started when Vodacom was still based in Sandton and Alan send his own faxes. I used to date *. Its been a lifetime. I have always been loyal to Vodacom and am quite upset and refuse to load data any longer because it gets swallowed soooo **** quickly and I have had soooo many times that my data just dissappear and nobody can tell me what is the cause. I have factory reset my phone a million times and no apps are running. What has happened? Has Vodacom grown too big and the little people does not matter because you are running with the big guns. Words to describe my mindset fails me and I really hope that my data magically makes its way back into my phone. I can't spend soooo much money on data and I get ****d and it just vanishes.
