Give me back my money!

On the 9th of February 2017, I paid my early cancellation fees to Vodacom for my 2 cell phone contracts. On Monday the 13th of February 2017 I emailed Vodacom requesting them to please cancel both contracts and attached the requested documentation I'd signed with a copy of my I.D. and proof of payment for both contracts. I got an email the next day saying the contracts had indeed been cancelled and that my contracts were moved to prepaid as requested by me. I called Vodacom at the end of February and asked what amount was still outstanding for my final phone bill, I was advised of an amount of R2 580.70 and that I could pay at any Vodacom store . On the 27th of February 2017 I went into Clear Water Mall and paid the R2 580.70 in cash. On the 1st of March 2017 Vodacom debited the exact same amount from my bank account. I contacted Vodacom Mid - end of March 2017 when I realised what had occurred. I have been following up ever since and am still waiting for my monies to be refunded to me.I have emailed the POP and my banking details through to Vodacom twice. I don't know what to do anymore. Every time I call Vodacom I get a different story. It amazes me. I currently live in the U.K. and feel like my hands are tied.
