Give back my new contracts to vodacom

If there were trash cans I could pick for them, I would give them 100 trash cans... I took out contracts as the kids need tablets for school. When I ordered via telephone, the lady suggested I upgrade one of my lines. I said to her, I do not know where this sim card is and I wasn't sure it was active. She said that is fine, she can upgrade it for me. I said something along the lines of so the sim will come with the tablet. I get the tablet yesterday with no sim. I call aftersales and then they tell me I have to pay for the sim since I did not specify I want a new sim... I have an unopened sim here and I can't use that either, I must go and do a sim swap and pay R80. Really??? Anyway, I have 13 more days to return these contracts. I am seriously thinking about doing this. The aftersales person had a nerve to tell me if I had specifically said I want a sim, I wouldn't have paid for it. So it is my fault I did not say to the consultant. I don't know if or where this number is or if it is active and the consultant said it is in your name you can upgrade it, it is my responsibility to say send me a sim. I have upgraded with vodacom many times and now I have to fight over a sim that should have been sent to me... Anyway, let me use my time constructively and look for alternate contracts. Do not use vodacom. I was given no reference and it was done via telephone. My order numbers are K***, K*** and K***.
