Ghastly Service

On the morning of the 4th of October 2016 I was ****** of my cellphone by a man who held a knife against my throat. I was alone and had no way to contact my friends, family or vodacom. I wanted to block my SIM card and blacklist my phone as soon as possible. As Brooklyn Vodacom Shop was the closest branch I drove there as quickly as possible.

Upon arrival I rushed into the shop (while nearly hyperventilating from shock) I asked anybody to help me. A worker there told me to wait for one of the consultants to finish with a client. After waiting for about 3 minutes, I was helped by a young lady (I think her name was Marne, but I am not 100% sure). She showed absolutely no signs of sympathy and she did not even help me. She just wrote down a number that I could call to block my SIM card. I have to add that this was just the general vodacom customer service number that can be found literally on any vodacom poster, website and pamphlet. So that was of absolutely no help to me. I then asked her if I could use any phone or if she knew about any phone nearby and she just said "no" very arrogantly. She also did not attempt to help me further as she turned around and continued with other work on her computer.

This level of blatant disinterest and impassivity is highly unprofessional and testifies of a person with rotten character and pitiful work initiative.

Thank you for not helping me in an emergency Vodacom Brooklyn
I will be sure to spread the news of your service level.
