Getting Vodacom to effect a cancellation request and stop billing me monthly

I need to know how to get a contract cancelled. I provided a signed letter to a branch, emailed cancellation.retention@vodacom (no response) and have been in contact with Vodacom Customercare on a monthly basis since May 2018. I have now been billed R1000 for two months after the contract expired. My most recent enagagement with Customer Care was last week. Any idea how I stop the contract and stop getting billed R1000 a month? Thanks for ideas.
