getting frustrated!!!!

Vodacom is a no go no matter how many emails you sent no matter how many times you call they do not assist or help you accordingly.

my contracted ended i called i sent emails for them to close it they said they would but still nothing has been done I'm not happy at all because now there is an outstanding balance that accumulates on a monthly basis and i do not even have the sim cards I advised them I lost it years ago and the phones as well but after I paid up my account its still open when it supposed to be closed what should i do now because when i call customer service they advised me the cell numbers are invalid
