Getting billed for a service i no longer have
I have been trying to cancel my Fiber internet on location i no longer live at. This has now been since Dec 2023 that the cancellation was submitted and i am still being billed for a service i no longer use. This is the worst provider and i would not recommend this service to anyone.

How is it possible that you are not able to do what was said on the call.
