Get with the times, Vodacom!

After taking my time to find a phone and contract that suits me, I decided to do my upgrade online. After having difficulties for over a week, i phoned the call centre and was told that i need to do it over the phone (how odd considering i have done it online many times before). So after going through the whole process and being put on hold at least 3 times, we get to the end of it. The agent then tells me that i need to verify myself by answering 5 questions. Apparently i dont know myself and failed this test so he asked me another 5 questions; which i also fail. One of the questions was "Do you own a property in the Eastern Cape"? The answer to this question is no; because i sold my property a good few years ago. So because Vodacom has outdated information, i cant do my upgrade. And i need to wait 3 months before i try again. Pathetic!!!!!
