Get told one thing, another happens. Inconsistent in answers and actions

So after my last review I was contacted by a human agent. They informed me that eventhough I was paying the amount that customer collections arranged with me when they temporarily transferred my account to prepaid to let me catch up on arrears due to bad financial problems late last year (I was grateful for the chance to catch up after such a bad period), my account still fell behind while on this arrangement and that's why they cut my line. I accepted this weird answer. Thought is was dumb as hell, but realised they were not going to budge and eventhough I paid the amount they told me to monthly on the arrangement, it had to be my fault, because it could not be theirs. Heaven forbid. It's not like their agent told me he's s setting up a once off debit order for the amount that I agreed to, which I then paid manually, becasue I got an email saying my payment is late (it was late due to their system being off and their agent said he'll set up said debit order so I don't have to worry about and then the bedot order only went off about a week later, after I made the manual payment) and when the debit order went off it was for twice the agreed upon amount. Then it tried again the next month after I made my payment. And then when I spoke to two human agents(shocker, I managed to speak to actual people twice in a row) told me the debit order has been removed, it tried to take money again this morning. At this point it feels like Vodacom has a personal vandetta against me.
