GET RID OF TOBI - IT IS NOT HELPFUL

Nothing is as frustrating as navigating vodacom!! Why can't we get through to human agents/contact centre - every single call gets you to TOBI. It is not helpful, why is there no option to go straight to contact centre because TOBI will not assist with e-sim? I've called all week without luck. AI is meant to assist and make seamless customer experience, but if not done well it is useless
