Get 2 - except, you can't!

Vodacom are running a special at the moment on the web store for a Lumia 1320 @ R99p/m. I ordered a contract, everything went well - except that I wanted two of them (one for me and one for my wife) but there is no quantity button - no worries, I'll just do another application when I'm done with this one! So received the phone and the sim card everything was grand - but can't do another application! Systems errors it out. Spend a couple of days on the phone with call centre, only for Acquisitions to say 'No, you should have ordered two to begin with, you'll have to wait three months before getting another contract!' - at which time the Lumia 1320 won't be available anymore. How does that work? How can they tell me I should've ordered two initially when that mechanism doesn't even exist?? Either it's a major design flaw on the website or Acquisitions are just full of ****! VERY VERY VERY dissapointed.
