I am a client of Vodacom for more than twenty years. I had seven contracts at Vodacom of which 5 have expire during September and October 2023. I cancelled those contracts which expired, in time, one month before the expiring date. The cancellation department of Vodacom upgrate all the contracts wich I cancelled. I phone the cancellation department several times (7 times to be exact) and also the reversal dept to asked them to reverse the upgradings and to cancell the contracts. I am a pensioner and I told all the consultants that a cannot affort the payments of R1770 per month. The two contracts that expired in September are; *** and *** and those contracts which expired in October are: ***,*** and ***. The first person to whom I spoke, told me that I cannot cancelled my main number, because I still have to pay my monthly bill on the *** number. I can not use 4 of the routers and/or simcards because it do not work. I cannot use the two laptops, because they do not have software installed on it. I have pay every three months R1200 to install software. My monthly payment was reduce in September to R1 300 + and in October and November the payments increased to R1 407.76. I do not buy any advance airtime or data. They reduced the two contracts which me and my wife use as our phone numbers to R99 each,so we kept those two contracts, namely *** and *** I still have to pay for the two laptops which expire in February 2024 an which I will cancelled in January 2024. I will appreciate your help in this recard. i am not a business and want you to clarify my case with Vodacom. You are welcome to publish my review. Thank you so much
