General Issues

Have you ever seen how great Vodacom is when comes to marketing ? They offer all of these great deals, offer so many promotes and about how they are the best cellular network in the country, right? But after they have secured you as a client, they tend to care less about your membership because they know that your means to communicate is dependent on them.

I have a very simple issue (unable to make out going calls) that I would have thought Vodacom could fix in a few minutes. I have been trying to resolve with Vodacom for over a week now with no luck.

What more do I need to do to get a decent service and someone to resolve this issue from Vodacom?!?!?
